Q. What is SmallWorldChat?
A. SmallWorldChat is a managed webservice offering an online multilingual communications solution for it's subscribers.
Q. What does that mean?
A. It basically means we are able to provide a service to subscribers that
allows them to communicate, in a similar way to a chat room, with
people all over the world in their native language. The system does the
language translation for them.
Q. Why is that useful?
A. Well, companies that provide worldwide support for their products often
come across language barrier difficulties when communicating with
overseas clients. This system can remove those barriers and provide the
company with a support resource that is valuable to them with regards
to overseas communication.
Q. So it's just aimed at companies or businesses then?
A. Primarily yes, but that's purely because we can't see much of a need
for it by the general public. It's geared towards a business model, but
that doesn't mean that individuals can't subscribe if they want to.
Q. Is it free?
A. SmallWorldChat is a subscribtion based service.
In order to provide the administration and systems management we have to ask for a monthly subscription fee. So no, it's not free.

Q. How much does it cost then?
A. We ask that you enquire about cost via email at present as we do not
have a set fee for this service. Everyone's needs are different and we
do customise accounts to a degree to meet these needs.
